The organizing committee is composed of Gaetano Basile (folk traditions, gastronomy, street food), Fosca Miceli (photography), Clara Monroy (institutional relations), Massimiliano Marafon Pecoraro (relations with the University, Liberty) and Maria Antonietta Spadaro (art ).

To these names, from this edition are added those of Giacomo Fanale, architect and organizer of numerous cultural initiatives, which will take care of the art section, together with Maria Antonietta Spadaro, and Gioacchino Barbera, former director of the Abatellis Museum.

To support the event also the City of Palermo, the Sicilian Region, the University of Palermo and numerous public and private partners.
